Our world has become like a not-so-fun house of mirrors. The forces that seek to distort our view of reality are everywhere, & bounce/reflect/multiply one another. Such a world makes it very challenging especially for young people to navigate through life. It is in this crazy world that the Diamond Mind Foundation sets out to fulfill our mission - to help people see without distortion.
Our foundation was set up upon the 2016 full exit of Diamond Mind Inc. a payments company that I founded (2004) & boot strapped to nationwide prominence. At the time of the sale, Diamond Mind Inc. served over 1200 K-12 private schools in 48 states. It remains a strong ongoing concern.
To fulfill our mission, the foundation is funding and launching a range of initiatives, the most immediate of which is Shared Services Platform for Public Service content creators (geared to moral & wise living, and an objective search for truth).
Our shared services platform will recruit and launch up to 20 creators by donating to their budding channels a range of no cost support including: marketing, operational, financial, administrative support. We have two beta content creators on board at this time, whose needs/input are key to plan and shape the full offering. Our web site is under development.
We need a versatile talented team who shares our passion for taking the mud off the windshields, especially of young people. We need start up energy and passion who want to apply their skills, and continue to learn and grow professionally.
Areas of need include a proven entrepreneurial general manager, production talent, social media marketers, branding, script writers and fund raising (while our initial effort is funded for growth we will target larger foundations and private equity executives for donations) We are open to working with people who offer their services on a contract or incremental basis, and will be hoping that some of these people will grown into a full-time permanent employee.
Our organization will be built in accordance with the eMyth which emphasizes the crafting of repeatable measurable processes. The e-Myth: Why Most Small Businesses Don’t Work and What To Do About It. We value talent that can roll up sleeves and work IN the organizations and simultaneously working ON the organization ( produce work processes highly repeatable to enable scaling.)
